At Barclay Products Limited, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
